How the Calculation Works
The calculator divides the sheet dimensions by the tag dimensions (plus spacing) to work out how many columns and rows of tags fit. It tests both orientations and picks the layout that yields the most tags.
Waste percentage is calculated from the difference between total sheet area used and the actual tag area.
