Curing Time Calculator — Resin Cure Estimation

Estimate resin curing time based on type, volume and ambient temperature.

How We Calculate This

How the Calculation Works

Base cure times are established for each resin type. Temperature adjustments follow the Arrhenius approximation: every 10°C above 20°C halves the cure time, and every 10°C below 20°C doubles it.

Pour depth and volume factors account for the exothermic effect of larger masses curing faster (but riskier). The peak exotherm temperature is estimated based on volume and depth relative to the maximum recommended pour depth.
