How It Works
- Water adjustment: Hard water may require slightly less water to prevent excess moisture
- Chelating agent: Amount scales with hardness level (0\u20133% of oil weight)
- Superfat: Slightly increased for hard water to compensate for mineral interference
- Citric acid: Add at trace. Each 1g citric acid needs ~0.6g extra NaOH to saponify
